Yeah, I made a mistake very early and I need to work on it. The mistake is the silliest I can say and i.e I DID NOT RESEARCH, such a silly mistake na? I mean how can I not think what to write? baaahh, shit wrong move, ok ok now, I’m really really sorry for it, I need some time for it and I’ll come up with better blogs, but that doesn’t mean this one is gonna boring, just read it once, and comment your honest review about it.

Ok, for now, I have a very interesting topic to share. You know what is the value of “FIVE SECONDS”? yes “five seconds…1..2…3…4…5”.

See the thing is why we many times refuse to do things that clicks in our mind is because of the hesitation and according to the expert (Mel Robbins), this game is just for “Five Seconds” if we act within the five seconds when the thought comes into our mind, then we can do it or act upon it or can come out of our comfort zone.

Ok let's take an example, you are attending a family function (Shaadi, or 50th anniversary), all your cousins are of your age and they are like friends, one of your cousins asked you to come on DJ, and you were like, “Ohhh yess, Chalo Chalo Maja Aayega” and that’s now the game starts, the function is fully crowded, and you just had a look at the amount of gathering, you hesitate now and if you don’t act within that “five seconds” you won’t go dancing.

I guess you can relate to these kinds of situations like in the office, school, college. Want to talk to someone, but couldn’t. Does it happen to you? do you hesitate in doing something that you want but can’t?

So the solution according to Mel Robbins is that, if you want to do that and find it worth doing (legal though...hahaha) then do it man within 2 seconds. What are you waiting for? ……See our brain has two modes, one is “autopilot” and one is “impulse break” if you didn’t act within 5 seconds, your 2nd part of the brain will make an impulse break and you won’t do that thing again.

I hope you find it worth reading, remember friends, I want to learn from your learnings also, so do share it with me in the comments.

Tab tak ke liye JAI HIND.
